FAQ

• How long do your soy candles burn? 8 oz candles burn for approximately 40 hours.

• What crystals do you use in your candles? Each scent has it is own type of crystal that had been intuitively chosen and a description of its energy properties can be found in the description of each product. 

• Are your products eco-friendly? We pride ourselves on finding the most eco friendly options from our choices oils and butters (with regards to environmental impact) to using recyclable and reusable packaging. 

• How should I care for my crystal-infused candle? Soy Wax has a burn memory. For the first light please trim your wick (1/4 inch for cotton wicks and 1/8 inch for wood), light your candle and let it burn until the entire top is melted evenly to avoid tunneling (burning down the middle and leaving wax on the sides).

• My wood wick won't light. What do I do? Make sure to trim your wick and remove any char by using a wick trimmer or your fingers when it is cooled. Tilt your candle a little to the side and aim the flame at the base of the wick closest to the wax. 

• How do I care for my handmade soap? Our soap has extra oils and butters added (called super fatting) which results in extra oils and butters left in the bar after the saponification process making a creamy, ultra moisturizing bar which in turn results in a slightly softer bar of soap. For best results place your soap bar out of the stream of running water in a draining soap Dish to prolong the life of your bar. 

Are your ceramics food safe? We have both food and non food safe pieces. All vessels have this information in the product description of the product. Food safe pieces are dishwasher safe as well.
